OLENA BEZLIUBCHENKO - PhD, associate professor of the department

   Scientific research: takes an active part in the research work of the department. The area of ​​scientific interests is the efficient use of urban areas. She took part in the development of scientific projects: allocation, composition, use of local territories; management of the territory of the private sector of the Oktyabrsky district of Kharkov (pilot project); development strategy of the city of Chuguev as part of the Kharkov agglomeration2013), a plan for the socio-economic development of the unified Starosalta Territorial Community by 2019.

   Main works:
Co-authorship published a textbook with the title MES "Urbanism" (2015), "Planning and Urban Improvement" (2013), "City Planning and Transport" (2008), monograph "Practice of innovative development in the field of the territorial and spatial development of cities and regions" (2016). Participation in international monographs: Conceptualization of high technology using in architectural space. MODERN INNOVATIVE AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIETY. Monograph.    In 1998 he graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of O.M. BeketovNUUE inKharkiv.
   In 2018,was awarded the degree of PhD in the specialty "Building materials and products"

  ГАЙКО ЮРІЙ ІВАНОВИЧ – кандидат технічних наук, доцент, член-кореспондент Міжнародної академії наук екології та безпеки життєдіяльності.

 Наукові дослідження присвячені вирішенню проблем ефективного використання територіальних ресурсів міст, реновації промислової забудови, відновленню порушених територій для містобудування, екологічним проблемам міського середовища.

  Основні праці. Доцент Гайко Ю.І. є автором і соавтором підручника «Проектування міських територій (частина 1)» (2018 р.), 2-х монографій: «Практика інноваційних розробок у сфері територіально-просторового розвитку міст і регіонів» (2016 р.) і «Проблеми та перспективи розвитку житлової забудови в умовах комплексної реконструкції міста» (2019 р.), більше 90-та друкованих статей, 2-х навчально-методичних посібників з грифом Міністерства освіти і науки України, 22-х методичних вказівок для студентів, активним учасником всеукраїнських та міжнародних науково-практичних конференцій з проблем будівництва, архітектури та містобудування.

  Доц. Гайко Ю.І. розроблено учбово-методичні комплекси 3-х навчальних дисциплін: «Інженерна підготовка в складних містобудівних умовах», «Реновація промислових будівель» та «Оцінка міської нерухомості».

   In 2012 she graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Poltava National Technical Yuri Kondratyuk University with a master's degree in Civil Engineering, specialty - roads and airfields.
   In 2017, was awarded the degree of PhD in the specialty "Urban planning and territorial planning".

4. Reconstruction of the city

   TATIANA CHERNONOSOVA - Senior Lecturer of the department
   Major works: Co-authored textbooks with the stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science "City Planning and Improvement" (2013), monograph "Information and communication technologies in shaping the urban environment".
   Teaches courses:
1. Landscaping and landscape construction.
2. Planning and urban improvement.
3. Engineering improvement of the territories of big cities.

   TATIANA APATENKO - Senior Lecturer in the department, ScientificSecretary of the Scientific- Methodological and Academic Council of the Faculty.

   Major works: Author and co-author of more than 50 scientific publications. According to the results of scientific developments, she regularly articles in scientific journals and participates in international conferences annually.

3. Designing of hotel and restaurant facilities.
4. Public construction.

   SERGIY HORDIENKO - Senior Lecturer in the department

   NATALIA MOROZ - Senior Lecturer in the department
   Teaches courses:
1. Architecture of buildings and structures;
2. Modern architectural and construction structures.

   ПАНКЕЄВА Анна Миколаївна – к.т.н., доцент кафедри міського будівництва

 У 2006 р. Панкеєва А.М. закінчила ХНАМГ зі спеціальності «Міське будівництво та господарство». Із 2006 по 2011 рр. обіймала посаду інженера-проектувальника відділу територіальних робіт у ПАТ «ХАРКІВСЬКИЙ НАУКОВО-ДОСЛІДНИЙ ІНСТИТУТ «ПРОМБУДНДІПРОЕКТ». З 2012 р. – працює на кафедрі міського будівництва.

  Наукові дослідження: приймає активну участь у науково-дослідній роботі кафедри. Приймала участь у розробці наукових проектів: енергореновація будівель соціального призначення; концепція стратегії розвитку м. Чугуєва як структурної частини Харківської агломерації до 2020 року; просторове планування крупних міст та регіонів; проект «Внесення змін до генерального плану міста Харкова», розділ «Модель перспективного розвитку м. Харкова».

  Основні праці: за результатами наукових розробок Панкеєва А.М. щорічно видає статті в наукових журналах, бере участь в міжнародних конференціях.

4. Планування та благоустрій міст
5. Реконструкція житлових територій

  Панкеєва А.М. пройшла навчання в центрі дистанційного навчання з курсу «Теорія і практика в MOODLE». Забезпечує всі види навчального процесу, є керівником курсового і дипломного проектування та куратором академічної групи.
